聚乳酸材料生物技术制造过程中的碳元素，在植物的参与下，完成了碳循环的平衡（不增加大气中温室气体净含量），完美体现了绿色可持续的发展理念。聚乳酸制成的纺织品，具有优异的天然抗菌功能，且PH为弱酸性，亲肤防过敏。

Suzhou Qingmu New Material Co., Ltd. is located in the major textile town of China—Shengze Town. Our company specializes in the R&D and production of textile, and we have over 50 advanced knitting machines, and over 100 advanced water jet looms. We are capable of developing and producing knitted and woven fabrics of different kinds.
We specialize in the R&D and Production of the Biodegradable (PLA) Textile. The raw material of PLA (Polylactic Acid) is biomass from plants, such as starch from corn and cassava, or cellulose from straw, and produced by fermentation into lactic acid. Finally, the lactic acid is polymerized to produce polylactic acid. The production of PLA doesn't use petroleum as its raw material; instead, it uses biomass from natural process of photosynthesis. Therefore, PLA is an eco-friendly material. The PLA products would be decomposed into CO2 and H2O by microorganisms after going out of use. In nature, these CO2 and H2O can be turned into biomass through photosynthesis in plants, and continue to be the raw material for PLA production.
With the participation of plants, the carbon in the biotechnology manufacturing of PLA material, accomplishes the carbon recycle balance (does not increase the net amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere), which embodies the concept of green and sustainable development perfectly. The textile made from PLA has excellent natural antibacterial function, slightly acidic PH value, skin-friendly and allergy free functions.
Our company centers on innovations of PLA textile, and carries out industrial production and marketing of the products. Relying on the developed textile dyeing and finishing processing of Shengze and surrounding areas, we are able to dye, print, coat, composite and do other processes on the textile, and we can also do functional finishing of dry-fit, anti-bacterial, deodorant, breathable and permeable, anti-UV, flame-retardant and so on.
